1. Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or damaged product.
  • You received the wrong item (size/color/design).
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for size-related issues if the correct size was shipped as per your order. We recommend checking our size chart before placing an order.

2. Refund Window

You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your order ID
  • Reason for the refund
  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)

Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other approved cases, the customer may need to bear return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotional events.
  • Customized or limited-edition T-shirts.
