1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all across India. For international orders, please contact us at Almeraclothing723@gmail.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: May take up to 10 days
(Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or courier disruptions.)
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available at an extra charge of ₹100 per order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking ID and link. You can use it to monitor your order’s status in real-time.
6. Packaging
All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Our premium T-shirts are folded neatly and delivered in eco-conscious, tamper-proof packaging.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or seems to be lost in transit, please contact our support team at Almeraclothing723@gmail.com with your order details. We will resolve the issue promptly.
